Media Literacy Week

Media Literacy Week is held annually to highlight the power of media literacy education and its essential role in education all across the country. This week Newspapers in Education will celebrate the five components of media literacy: Access, Analyze, Evaluate, Create and Act, using the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and STLtoday.

In today’s media-rich society, students are exposed to an ever-increasing variety of traditional and nonprint texts, and media literacy skills have become critical to the academic development of our students.

Sign up to use the e-edition of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch to use in your classroom for FREE.
